The Chan super Eagles assistant captain Kalu Orji is set to join sporting Charleroi in the Belgium Jupiler league.

Kalu orji who has previously won the Nigeria professional footballer league with Rangers international during the reign of Coach Imama Amapakabo as the head coach in 2016, he played a major role as stand out defender in the league that season before he joined kano pillars, it was from seven time winners of the NPFl he left for mouloudia club of Morocco.

On his return from Moroccan league, Kalu wasted no time to join Rivers United last season at the expiration of his contract in North Africa .

It would be recalled that Victor Osimhen played for this same club where he scored so many goals that made him sporting Charleroi fans favorite before he joined Lille in the French league.

There are speculations that it could be Osimhen outstanding performance that has attracted the club to seek for Nigeria internationals to play in the Belgium Jupiler League.
