Protesters At National Assembly

The aggrieved parents of more than 20 abducted Greenfield students and other concerned Nigerians have stage a peaceful protest to the National Assembly, demanding the release of their students.

The protesters carried placards saying “Bring Back Our Students” and chanting ” Mothers Are United And Can Never Be Defeated”.

Amongst some of the activists that joined the protesters are the publisher of Sahara Reporters Omoyele Sowore and Deji Adeyanju.

It would be recalled that five of the abducted students were killed by the kidnappers.

Meanwhile, the kidnappers are
demanding the of N100 million naira and 10 brand new motorcycles as condition for the release of their children or they’ll kill the remaining students.

They are therefore appealing to the federal and state government to try everything possible to ensure the safe return of the students.
