The Chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Abdulrasheed Bawa, on Thursday slumped at a function in the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Bawa suddenly stopped speaking while delivering his goodwill message at the National Identity Day celebration.

A moment before he stopped talking, Bawa was seen covering his face with his right palm, and saying, “Please, excuse me, I can’t continue.”

He was assisted to his seat by the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Ali Pantami and other senior officials at the event, but the anti-graft czar slumped on his seat and was rushed out of the Villa.
