The Federal Capital Territory Internally Revenue Service has called on the general public to disregard appointment letters printed in its name, as this is a plot to defraud unsuspecting Nigerians of the hard-earned money.

A statement by Mustapha Sumaila, Head, Corporate Communications, FCT-IRS said that the agency is currently not recruiting, thereby advice the general public not to fall victim of the activities of Fraudsters.

Sumaila warns that the agency will not take responsibility for any dealing the members of the public will have with the Fraudsters.

He said the agency is working round the clock to wrap up the fraudster and guarantee safety of those who may fall prey to their activities.
